An agency team needed day-to-day account administration and technical support alongside client project delivery.

My contribution

  • Provisioned accounts and managed onboarding and offboarding.
  • Administered access controls, MFA/SSO, security policy and licensing.
  • Handled first-line troubleshooting and helped users with account access.

Result

Supported a Microsoft 365 environment of more than 25 users.
